End User Licence Agreement
Effective: Not yet in effect — pending review · AIQ (aiqworlds.com)
This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the AIQ app. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service. Where the app is downloaded through Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA") also applies, and is incorporated by reference; where this document and the Apple Standard EULA conflict on a matter Apple's terms govern, the Apple Standard EULA controls for iOS and iPadOS use.
1. Licence grant
{{LEGAL_ENTITY}} grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the AIQ app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use (or, for a child profile, supervised use by your child), in accordance with these terms and our Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app;
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
3. Apple-specific acknowledgements
For the version of AIQ distributed via the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge:
- This EULA is between you and {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app.
- In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection law.
- Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the app.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo, and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce it against you.
4. Third-party content
Course material may draw on third-party curriculum sources under their own licence terms — see Attributions.
5. Term and termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term, or if you delete the app and your account.
