Subscription Terms

1. Free tier

A free account includes a daily allowance of new AI-generated courses and a set of "lives" for quiz attempts that regenerate over time. Free-tier limits are described in the app at the point they apply and may change as we tune the product; we will not silently reduce previously-purchased premium entitlements.

2. Premium subscription

A premium subscription, where offered, raises or removes the daily course allowance and gives unlimited lives. Current pricing is shown in the app and in-store listing at the time of purchase (indicative pricing: {{PRICE_MONTHLY}} / month or {{PRICE_ANNUAL}} / year, subject to change).

3. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by the app store you purchased through (Apple App Store, or Google Play once available). Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. Managing or cancelling

You manage and cancel your subscription through your device's account settings, not through AIQ directly — on iOS, in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewal; you retain premium access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the app store under its own refund policy. We do not process payment refunds directly, and cannot override a store's refund decision.

6. Changes to entitlements

We may change what is included in the free or premium tier going forward. We will give notice of any material reduction to premium entitlements before it takes effect for existing subscribers.
