Common questions

How do I delete my account or a child’s data?

In the app: You → Account → Delete account (deletes everything), or remove an individual child profile from the parent profiles screen. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

My child ran out of lives.

Lives refill over time — come back a little later and they’ll be back.

How are daily streaks counted?

By your device’s local calendar day (we read the timezone from the device — no location permission needed).

Is AIQ free?

Yes. AIQ is free to use.
